MCP server implementation

Module provides the main MCP server implementation that handles client connections, manages resources, tools, and prompts, and processes JSON-RPC requests according to the Model Context Protocol specification.

Plugin System Feature

To use the plugin system, enable the plugin feature in Cargo.toml:

This enables dynamic tool loading and plugin management capabilities.
